The California Solar Initiative has enacted a Multi-Family Affordable Housing (MASH) Program with substantial rebates offsetting common and tenant loads. The City of San Francisco’s GoSolarSF program has also expanded its incentives for Low-Income and Nonprofit organizations.

Nonprofits with appropriate building footprint and load profile can benefit by purchasing clean kilowatt-hours through Power Purchase Agreements.
